Time control

When the Time control profile is activated, calls placed to an Answering Circle number can be directed to two different answering groups depending on when the call was received:

- Group 1 answers calls during the time slot specified for it on weekdays.

- Group 2 answers calls at all times outside the above time slot: on weekdays and also on weekends and holidays (including midweek holidays).

If, say, the specified time slot for group 1 is from 8:00 a.m. to 3:59 p.m. and the time slot for group 2 is thus automatically from 4:00 p.m. to 7:59 a.m., the answering turns are as follows:

- Group 1 answers calls on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:59 p.m.

- Group 2 answers calls on weekday evenings from 4:00 p.m. to midnight, on weekday mornings from midnight to 7:59 a.m., and from Friday afternoon at 4:00 p.m. until Monday morning at 7:59 a.m.

Specify time slots for groups 1 and 2 by entering the start time of the time slot of each group. The end times are generated automatically.

Specify the numbers in each group and any other Answering Circle settings.

Finally, click on "Save" at the bottom of the "Number routings" tab to save the settings.
