Call forwarding

Call forwarding is used for directing calls placed at Answering Circle numbers directly to separately specified phone numbers without answering groups. Call forwarding can be used when the user wants to, say, direct all calls temporarily to a single phone number.

Select the number you want from the "Call forwarding number" drop-down menu. The drop-down menu includes the answering point numbers assigned to the owner/user of the Answering Circle number.

Specify the numbers included in each group and any other Answering Circle settings.

Finally, click on "Save" at the bottom of the "Number routings" tab to save the settings.
