Weekday routing

When the weekday routing profile is activated, calls placed to an Answering Circle number can be directed to three different answering groups depending on which day and at what time the call was received:
- Mon-Fri means Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
- Saturday means Saturday.
- Sunday/Mid-week holiday means all Sundays and mid-week holidays.
Select groups (one, two, or three answering groups) for each of the above options by checking the groups' boxes.
Next, specify time slots for the groups.
Specify the numbers included in each group and any other Answering Circle settings.
Finally, click on "Save" at the bottom of the "Number routings" tab to save the settings. Managing groups and additional Answering Circle settings |
