You can make the number and user information of your Cid numbers available in common Finnish directory services in order to enhance employee availability at your company. Telia transfers the number information via Fonecta to the database of Suomen Numeropalvelu Oy where they are available to all Finnish number information service providers.

To go to the number information transfer view, select the "Directory services" link on the Cid Manager home page or select "Company" in the task bar and the "Directory services" link on the company start page.

The information have been subdivided in customer and number information tabs.

Note! Each number service provider is free to choose whether they want to show Cid number information in their services or not.
