How to request a new Cid Manager password for an administrator

Master users can request a new password to replace a forgotten master user password with the SMS command CID PASSWORD.

Send the command to 15530 (from Telia's mobile subscriptions) or to 020123456 (from other operators' mobile subscriptions).

The system sends a return message including a new password with which to log in to Cid Manager: "Your new Cid Manager password is [PASSWORD]."

If the new password cannot be delivered, the master user receives a return message explaining why the delivery failed.

Note! The successfull use of Cid Manager's SMS command requires that the mobile subcsription used for sending the SMS message is registered in Cid Manager as the Mobile number of one of the master user's own Cid numbers.
