Help

Using the command Cid ? or CID HELP, you can check the available SMS commands. The user receives a return message including a list of the available commands:

"Use the following commands (n = phone number): TIME OUT BACK FORWARD n STATUS STATUS n EXIT n JOIN n HELP"

Defective SMS commands

If the user sends a defective SMS command to Cid Manager, the system will send an error message:

"Unknown command: [DEFECTIVE COMMAND]. Use the following commands…"

If the user's user rights cannot be verified, the user will receive the following return message:

"You do not have the user rights for the service."
