Reachability service Answering Circle
The SMS commands of the reachability service Answering Circle can be used both from the mobile number assigned to the Cid number in the Answering Circle and from mobile phone numbers whose subscription numbers have been saved in the list of answering point numbers that belongs to the owner of the Cid number in the Answering Circle.
This means that users of mobile subscriptions connected to Answering Circles can log in and out of answering groups by SMS.
Status check
The command CID STATUS allows the user to check which Answering Circle services are activated for their mobile phone number. The system sends the user the following return message, if the user's mobile phone number is connected to one or more Answering Circles:
"You have joined the following Answering Circles: [numbers]"
The command CID TILA [NUMBER] checks whether the user's mobile phone number has been connected to a specific Answering Circle. In the [NUMBER] field, enter the Cid number of the Answering Circle!
The user receives the following return message, if the user's mobile phone number is connected to the said Answering Circle:
"The Answering Circle [NUMBER] has the following members: [MEMBERS]."
Joining an Answering Circle
The command CID JOIN [NUMBER] allows you to join an Answering Circle specified in [NUMBER] (Cid number).
If you want, you can also include an answering group number in the command. The command CID JOIN [NUMBER] [GROUP] allows you to join a group specified in [GROUP] (1, 2, or 3) belonging to an Answering Circle specified in [NUMBER].
The system sends the following return message, if the user managed to join the group (i.e. if the system succeeded in saving the user's mobile phone number in the answering group information of the Answering Circle):
"You have joined the group [GROUP] in the answering circle [NUMBER]."
Exiting an Answering Circle
The command CID LEAVE [NUMBER] allows you to exit an Answering Circle specified in [NUMBER] (Cid number).
If you wish, you can also include a group number in the command.
The command CID LEAVE [NUMBER] [GROUP] allows you to exit a group specified in [GROUP] (1, 2, or 3) belonging to an Answering Circle specified in [NUMBER].
The system sends the following return message, if the user managed to exit the group, i.e. if the user was included in the number list assigned to the owner of the Answering Circle:
"You have left the group [GROUP] in the answering circle [NUMBER]."
If there is an error, the user receives a return message explaining why the error occurred. |
