Fax routing

The reachability service Pro also makes it possible to receive faxes in the Cid number.
To activate fax routing, select the number of the receiving fax machine or service in the "Fax routing" drop-down menu.
When fax routing has been activated, all incoming calls to the Cid number are analysed to determine whether they are ordinary or fax calls. When a call is identified as a fax call, it is directed to a pre-specified phone number. Ordinary calls are directed according to the reachability service (i.e. the active profile in Pro).
