SMS messages sent to a Cid number can be redirected to a mobile phone number. You can select this mobile phone number in the drop-down menu. The menu shows all the mobile phone numbers included in the user's list of answering point numbers. If you cannot find the mobile phone number you are looking for in the drop-down menu, add the number to the user's list of answering point numbers.

You can also direct the messages to the mobile number assigned to the Cid number (the option "Mobile number" in the drop-down menu). This is the default setting, if the Cid number has been assigned its own mobile number.

NB! It is possible to redirect messages from several Cid numbers to the same mobile phone number (i.e. one mobile phone number may receive redirected messages from many Cid numbers).

NB! Cid numbers starting with the prefix 020 can also receive MMS messages which are redirected to a mobile subscription according to the SMS redirection setting.
