Cid Manager includes a link to a separate web service which allows users working for a company using Telia's service numbers (e.g. 0200, 0203, 0600, and 0800) to browse through call traffic reports on these service numbers.

The service number report system is called Report Manager.

To go to Report Manager, click on the "Service number reports" link on the Cid Manager home page or the company start page.

The company's administrators automatically have user rights to Report Manager. To add user rights to Report Manager for other users, check the "Report Manager" box in the "User rights" tab in the user and number information view. To save the settings, select "Save" at the bottom of the tab.
