Office administrators, administrators, and IT systems managers can use the company information view to check basic company information, services, and address information or to edit the contact information of the company's contact persons.

To go to the company's information view, select first "Company" in the task bar of the Cid Manager home page and then the "Company information" link on the company start page. The link can also be found in the navigation bar to the left.

Enter the names of the people designated as the persons in charge of business and technical issues and their contact information. Then select "Save" at the bottom of the view.

NB! Only Telia's administrators can edit the company's basic, service, and address information.
