General number list
The general number list is a place for storing numbers only accessible to the administrator. The administrator can use the general number list to manage non-user-specific phone numbers that he wants to make available for use in the user's Cid number reachability chains. This way the administrator can control which general number list numbers each user is allowed to use as answering points.
The general number list automatically includes all the company's Cid numbers assigned to a owner.
The administrator can also choose to add any other phone numbers in the general number list.
To edit the general number list, select "Company" in the task bar on the Cid Manager home page and then click on the "General number list" link on the company start page.
To add phone numbers to the general number list, click on the "Add general number" button at the bottom of the general number list and enter the information of the number to be added. Then, click on "Save".
NB! The number to be added to the general number list can also be a Cid number, provided that:

NB! Cid numbers in use cannot be deleted or edited in the general number list view. To check whether a Cid number is in use, see the number description: if the number is in use, there is no "Delete" button on the right side of the description. |
