How to edit user information

To edit the information of a Cid Manager user, go to the user's user and number information view, do the necessary changes, and click on the "Save" button to save the changes.

You have the following options to go to the user and number information view:

1. You can search for a user with the quick search or the advanced search functionalities (at the top of the user interface).

2. You can search for a user by opening the user list of either the company or an individual office and select the user you are looking for in the list. There is also a search box above the user list enabling you to search just the list contents.

In addition to the user's information and the user's answering point number information, the user and number information view also shows the first of the user's personal Cid numbers (Cid numbers assigned to the user).
