Cid Manager uses offices for classifying Cid numbers and their users in smaller, more easily manageable groups.
Telia's Cid Manager administrators create the necessary offices in Cid Manager when introducing Telia Cid. This is also when the Cid numbering area of your company is subdivided in offices as specified in the agreement.
Small companies typically have only one Cid Manager office including all the Cid numbers and their users. Large enterprises, on the other hand, may have an extensive structure of offices corresponding to the company's actual organisation.
NB: Only Telia's Cid Manager administrators can create offices in Cid Manager and delete them. This means that if the office structure of your company needs to be changed, you have to contact Telia's maintenance. |
