Cid numbers are business numbers that your company has purchased from Telia under a Cid service agreement. Cid Manager is used for editing the reachability settings of these numbers so that incoming calls to Cid numbers can be routed in the desired way.
Each Cid number has its own information view in Cid Manager. In addition to the reachability settings, the information view gives you access to other number-specific service settings as well (e.g. the reception of SMS and MMS messages).
Each Cid number has been connected to one of the following three reachability services: Prime, Pro, or Answering Circle. For detailed instructions on how to manage Cid number information and reachability services, see the section "Number management". |
