To start using Cid Manager, do this:
1. Open your web browser and go to the SurfManager login view at http://surfmanager.Telia.com.
2. Enter your company's customer ID, your user ID, and your password in the appropriate fields and click on the arrow beside the Password field. You will be taken to the SurfManager company portal home page.
Select "Cid Manager" in the "Management and reporting" drop-down menu. Alternatively, you can select the "Cid Manager" link under the title "The following services are available to you".
After a successful login, you will be taken to the Cid Manager home page. |
