On the "Number information" tab, you can choose the Cid numbers the information of which you want to add to the directory services with both the number and the related user information. For all unselected Cid numbers only the number itself and the company information will be transferred.

Select the Cid numbers to be added by checking the boxes on their left side.

To confirm your selection, select "Save" at the bottom of the tab.

The information is forwarded from Cid Manager once a day at night time. New information is updated in the directory services with a delay of a few business days.
